If you are tired of the endless mediocre seafood buffets and hunger for some serious down home coastal cookin', come on in to Bubba's Fish Shack in Surfside Beach. Bubba's is the perfect place to take the kids, your golf buddies or your best gal for a great meal.
Carrabba's is best known for its wood-burning grill, inspired by the many tastes of Italy. Signature dishes like Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria and of course Marsala, are enhanced by the taste of the grill. Other house specialties include Signature Pastas, with sauces made from scratch every day. Traditional dishes such as Calamari, Margherita Pizza and Chicken Parmesan share the spotlight. Little ones ten and under will enjoy the "Bambini Menu" and pizza dough is offered to keep young customers entertained. A gluten-free menu is also available. Serving dinner nightly and lunch on weekends.
Coastal Dish is located on the courtyard along with the front desk & Starbucks.
The restaurant features a large tavern with comfortable furniture and plenty of TV's. The bright, open dining room
overlooks one of the Resort's beautiful lakes.

The Original "Hot and Hot Fish Club" was founded near the end of the 18th century and was probably the first dining establishment in Murrells Inlet. The first clubhouse was said to be on Drunken Jack Island, located just a few miles south of the present-day Hot Fish Club, near what is now Huntington Beach State Park. Members of the club described their time spent on the island as the happiest hours of their lives. The club was dismantled and finally laid to rest after the Civil War. An ever-shifting sand bar off the coast of Huntington Beach State Park is now all that remains of the original site of the Hot and Hot Fish Club......
